Brightmond is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please be sure to place your order by noon for expedited shipping. Otherwise, your order will be processed the next business day.


We offer free returns and exchanges on our products in Sweden except for the salon- and fullbody mirrors. If you want to return or exchange a product outside of Sweden you as a costumer will pay for the return shipment. For delivery adress and shipping cost please check our FAQ. You have the right to return products purchased directly from within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund. The product(s) must be unused – in original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same, new condition as when received. Products purchased directly from can be returned to our warehouse using a shipping label, which we will provide on your requirement. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued in our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

For returns and exchanges please contact us first on Kindly note that we do not offer a direct exchange service. Returns and exchanges may take 2-3 weeks to process.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you receive the desired product as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to make a new purchase at your own convenience. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items with more than -25% off.

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.

We are only able to provide pre-paid postnord labels within Sweden. Should you choose to forgo our free postnord return service in Sweden and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.

To expedite your return or exchange process, please email us as soon as you can with your order #, the item you wish to return or exchange, photos and feedback regarding why the item is not living up to your expectations. We value all customer feedback.


After placing an order, we will send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer support in relation to your purchase. Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by Adyen, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank – Including Brightmond.

Brightmond accepts all major credit cards as well as various other local debit cards and invoicing options. All available payment options for your area will be displayed at the checkout page once you have entered the country of delivery.

Brightmond is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversation rates that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company.

All prices set in EU on are including VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from a country outside of the EU, the prices are excluded VAT. Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of your order being subject to a campaign. It should be noted that Brightmond has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, Brightmond cannot predict the amount.
